We completed a full Data Protection Impact Assessment before launching Maia. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office and the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We passed our NDP Act 2023 compliance audit. We updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to reflect exactly how Maia works, in plain language, before she went live.
